Deux Voiliers Publishing celebrates its third anniversary at the Prose in the Park Literary Festival, Ottawa, June 6, 2015

 

At the DVP tent, we will be launching five recently published DVP novels by Gerry Fostaty ( Stage Business ), Norman Hall ( Four Stones ), Jason Lawson ( Frack Off ), Sean McGinnis ( Stark Nakid ), and Timothy Niedermann ( Wall of Dust ). 

 

Timothy Niedermann will also be on the In the Crosshairs panel, moderated by Toronto Star's Susan Delacourt and with two-time Ottawa Book Award winner Alan Cumyn. Caroline Vu will be on the Under the Papaya Tree - Remembering Vietnam panel, moderated by Denise Chong and with Giller Prize winner Vincent Lam and David Joiner ( Lotusland - Guernica Editions ).

 

Gerry Fostaty, Jason Lawson and Sean McGinnis and Su J. Sokol will be reading at the Open-Mic Stage, Gerry, Sean and Norman Hall will be moderating several sessions of the Open-Mic Readings.

On June 6, Prose in the Park, Canada's newest literary festival and book fair will take place in the Parkdale Park in Ottawa from 11 am to 6 pm. There is an amazing line-up of 79 moderators, panelists, special event authors and authors reading at the open-mic stage. Over 100 authors and publishers will be selling directly to the public hundreds of fine works of fiction and non-fiction. Prose in the Park is free and everyone is welcome. This is an event not to be missed.
