Deux Voiliers Publishing is highly pleased to announce that Palawan Story by Montreal author Caroline Vu will be the first DVP novel translated and published in French. The novel will be published in September 2017 until the title of Palawan by Éditions de la Pleine Lune, a Montreal publisher, best known for its translations into French of iconic English-Canadian writers, including Lawrence Hill (Book of Negroes and The Illegal) and Trevor Ferguson, the author of thirteen novels and four plays. This will be Caroline Vu's second novel translated into French. Éditions de la Pleine Lune also translated and published in 2016 Un été à Provincetown, originally released in English by Guernica Editions as That Summer in Provincetown. Palawan Story was the 2016 winner of the Canadian Authors Association's Fred Kerner Award and a finalist for the 2014 Concordia University First Book Prize (Quebec Writers Federation) and the 2015 International Book Awards.
